545 Colorado Traffic Deaths in 2015 is 545 Too Many

shutterstock_279524477 545 people died in Colorado traffic accidents in 2015. A record 14 people killed on bicycles. According to the Denver Post article linked below, if current trends continue, CDOT says there is a one in 7,000 chance a driver will be killed in a car crash in 2016. More people on the road and less people wearing seat belts appear to be a large part of the reason for the increase. Lets all try to do better on the roads by not driving distracted, always wearing your seat belt, and slowing down. These numbers must get better.
